- Prasat Kravan was built during the reign of Harshavarman I (c.915-923), and consists of three sanctuary towers designed along an axial plan from north to south, facing east and all on the same platform. While the exteriors of the sanctuaries are not altogether remarkable, the brick bas-reliefs in the interiors featuring representations of Visnu have merited much attention. The temple exemplifies the peak of Khmer brickwork, with evenly sized baked bricks laid without mortar, presenting smooth and refined surfaces.
