A letter from the Secretary of Kuo Min Tang, Joaquin Weng, to the Provincial Governor of Oriente in Santiago. Joaquin Weng sent both the original copy and an additional copy of documents describing the movements and activities of the group during 1931 and the leadership in 1932.
