- The first page has the title "A Colón" and Ruben Dario's name. Likewise the odd numbers have written the title as well as Ruben Dario's name.
- On the last page there is a dedication to José Santos Zelaya (November 1, 1853 - May 17, 1919). He was a military and Nicaraguan politician who served as President of Nicaragua from 1893 to 1909.
- On the last page of this piece, beside the composition date, are written the words "Madrid, España".
- The top margin, on the last page, has the hand written word "Conclusión" ("Conclusion") between brackets.
- All pages are numerated in roman numerals.
