The Arizona Department of Health Services/Division of Behavioral Health Services, Tribal/Regional Behavioral Health Authorities and contracted service providers jointly conduct statewide consumer satisfaction surveys requesting independent feedback from Title XIX/XXI adults and families of youth receiving services through Arizona's publicly funded behavioral health system.
This is a ship manifest detailing the 290 Chinese colonists expected to arrive in Cuba aboard the Portuguese ship "Gica." The ship arrived in the port of Havana on March 8, 1864, with 281 of the colonists listed in the ship manifest; seven died during the journey and two remained in Macao.
The Project conducted a State‐level environmental scan to develop a more comprehensive picture of the early childhood‐serving environment in Arizona. An effort was made to identify current funds utilized across multiple State agencies that support programs to address the physical, emotional, social, cognitive, and behavioral health of children from birth to eight years of age. This report describes the landscape of systems, programs and other resources currently available in Arizona that are working to address challenges facing young children, birth to age eight, and their families.
