Between August and September 2006, the Alliance for Innovations in Health Care conducted five, 90-minute focus groups, using five scenarios to explore six topics—access, deliberation, community strength, coping, recall, and refusal. The Land Use Plan was originally adopted on May 2, 1989, and an updated version was adopted on August 13, 1990. This edition of the plan has been updated to reflect changing growth patterns, population projections, annexations and other changes to the planning area since the last adoption.
