Domestic violence is a serious problem affecting many innocent members of our society. The Maricopa County Domestic Violence Protocol is a guide for law enforcement, prosecutors, victim advocates, intervention programs, and the judicial system to help ensure that justice is served and the families in our community are kept safe.
