A community assessment of Tempe by its Police and Fire Departments, to identify significant trends in population demographics and economic development, as well as growth of Arizona State University. These trends are analyzed so that more informed decisions on public safety staffing needs can be made.
An update to the January 2014 community assessment of Tempe by its Police and Fire Departments, reviewing current and planned developments in Tempe and on the ASU Tempe campus that affect public safety needs and response.
Scottsdale Road and Rural Road are identified in the Regional Transportation Plan as an arterial Bus Rapid Transit route. The portion of this route within Scottsdale is programmed and funded in the Transit Life Cycle Program.
The purpose of the Flood Response Plan is to reduce the potential for property damage and loss of life resulting from floods on the Beaver Dam Wash at the community of Beaver Dam. This report is intentionally short and concise to make it easily usable during a flood emergency.
The Flecha Caida study area encompasses approximately eight square miles of the foothill region of the Santa Catalina Mountains. The three major washes studied include Finger Rock Wash, Valley View Wash, and Flecha Caida Wash. One tributary (Sky Club Wash) to the Valley View Wash and three tributaries to the Finger Rock Wash were also included in this study.

Millstone Manor #6 is a subdivision that was recorded in the mid-1950's. All records indicate no engineering took place with regards to potential for drainage improvements. This report will address what the natural floodprone areas are and will recommend how future permits should be processed.
