Testimony for The Subcommittee on National Parks, Forests and Public Lands of the Committee on Natural Resources presented against the withdrawal of the uranium-bearing lands around the Grand Canyon National Park.

This audit was conducted as part of the sunset review process prescribed in Arizona Revised Statutes [section]41-2951 and is the final in a series of three reports on the Department.

Projected transportation revenues fall short of estimated needs and the Arizona Legislature should consider a task force to study options for addressing transportation revenue needs.
