The Southern Greenlee County Trails Study identified a framework of trails that could be developed to attract modern-day adventurers and naturalists to explore the rich natural and cultural heritage of Greenlee County. The study identifies trails that Greenlee County residents can use for recreation, enabling them to engage in healthy life choices with limited bike-car or pedestrian-car conflicts. Long dependent on mining as its economic base, this trails plan is another step Greenlee County is taking to diversify its economy by increasing tourism.
The Planning and Environmental Linkage process seeks to develop subarea and corridor studies. This document has been developed to provide guidance, particularly to transportation planners and environmental planners, regarding how to most effectively link the transportation planning and National Environmental Policy processes.
The State Management Plan documents the procedures of the State of Arizona in managing and utilizing federal funds to assist public, Tribal, private for-profit, and private non-profit passenger transportation systems in Arizona. This document updates the 2007 plan and includes the State’s objectives, policies, procedures, and administrative requirements, in a form that is readily accessible to ADOT staff, the Federal Transit Administration, potential subrecipients, and the public.
This circulation study has developed transportation improvements for all transportation modes including automobile, transit, bicycle, pedestrian, and equestrian transportation. Although bicycle and equestrian travel is not common on the East Reservation, projects were developed to encourage future use of these modes of travel. The plan recommends transportation improvements for 5, 10, and 20 year planning horizons
This Plan under the ADOT Planning Assistance for Rural Areas (PARA) will seek to define an optimal multi-modal transportation network that balances local and regional multi-modal transportation needs with available investment funds, while addressing environmental and area goals. This Plan will provide a common direction for the community, agencies and funding partners towards implementation of safe and efficient multi-modal mobility elements. Ultimately, this guiding document will provide direction for future infrastructure investments in both Snowflake and Taylor.
Past corridor profile studies of I-10 have primarily focused on vehicular travel. This study employs a more holistic approach and serves as a benchmark for future studies. It evaluates vehicular issues as well as issues relating to transit, rail, and air service in the corridor.

This is Maricopa County's long-range plan for transportation. This plan was last produced in 1997. The Maricopa County Department of Transportation has undertaken the process of updating the Transportation System Plan because much has happened in Maricopa County since 1997. This updated TSP establishes an organized approach to the planning, design and construction of Maricopa County's transportation system through 2026.
One in a series of long-range transportation planning studies being conducted by the Maricopa County Department of Transportation to assess the ultimate corridor footprint requirements to enable consistent implementation across multiple jurisdictions. The study area for this project includes Peoria Avenue from the future Jackrabbit Trail Parkway alignment to Dysart Road (Peoria Avenue Corridor). The study area generally encompasses a two-mile wide corridor centered on the existing Peoria Avenue.
One in a series of long-range transportation planning studies being conducted by the Maricopa County Department of Transportation to evaluate future parkways identified in the Maricopa Association of Governments framework studies. The Yuma Parkway study area is approximately 13 miles long and two miles wide, and is generally centered on the Buckeye Road/Yuma Road section line, from one-half mile west of Salome Highway to one-half mile east of Palo Verde Road.
