This report presents the results of both a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the drainage problems associated with the South Branch, Upper Carmack watershed. Also included is an economic assessment of the damage potential associated with three distinct storm events.

The Pima County Outside Agency program provides funding to non‐profit entities to serve economically and socially disadvantaged populations through social service programs. The Pima County Board of Supervisors establishes funding limits for the program and grants are awarded to agencies through a public committee process.

Between August and September 2006, the Alliance for Innovations in Health Care conducted five, 90-minute focus groups, using five scenarios to explore six topics—access, deliberation, community strength, coping, recall, and refusal. Includes views on health care use, satisfaction, and community strength in South Phoenix, Arizona.

The Sutherland Valley is a broad, geologically-controlled floodplain. This study attempts to quantify the depth and extent of flooding so that floodplain permits can be issued for development which meets local and federal restrictions.
