A statement of the city of El Mirage's anticipated capital and infrastructure needs and priorities, and a plan for addressing them.
A multi-year planning document to identify needs and financing sources for public infrastructure improvements. It also informs Chandler residents of how the City plans to address significant capital needs over the next ten years.
The CIP is a five-year financial plan for the acquisition, construction, expansion, or rehabilitation of infrastructure and capital assets. Although capital projects are scheduled throughout the five-year plan, only those projects during the first year of the plan are adopted as part of the City's annual budget.
