The director may waive this requirement under special circumstances. This list can also be used as a resource for residents and businesses that are interested in conserving water. The list provides a wide array of plants to accomplish a variety of low wateruse landscape designs.

Parsons Brinckerhoff has been commissioned by ADOT to perform this preliminary assessment for the development of an alternate route through the Thatcher/Safford/Pima area.
