Includes financial statements for the District, a special purpose political subdivision under the Arizona Constitution. The District's purpose is to acquire or construct public infrastructure in the Vistancia (a master-planned community) area of Peoria. The District can levy taxes and issue bonds independently of Peoria. The Peoria City Council serves as the District's Board of Directors, but the city of Peoria has no liability for the District's debt.
