The focus of this sub-regional study is the roadway system in an area of southern Navajo and Apache Counties bounded by the Town of Pinetop-Lakeside in the south, the Town of Snowflake in the north, Pulp Mill Road to the west, and the Concho area in Apache County to the east.
On July 1, 2007 the Apache County Public Health Services District (ACPHSD) was formed. The annual report is an opportunity for the Director to formally report the progress and challenges of the past year, as well as to make recommendations for the future. It is my hope that this report will provide some insight into the valuable services provided by the Apache County Public Health Services District employees as well as outline how the District has enhanced public health services.
This Process Analysis Manual is especially prepared as a tool to guide us in understanding data, and to plan, develop, establish and implement appropriate educational services to all of our eleven public school districts in Apache County. We and our school districts use this information to chart our progress in many areas and to help make decisions to guide our educational policies and priorities in the future. It is also a guide for those who are interested in providing the needed services to all the students, school district staff, school administrators, school boards and parents.
