The Board of Supervisors make an estimate of the different amounts required to meet the public expenditures/expenses for the ensuing year, also an estimate of revenues from sources other than direct taxation, and the amount to be raised by taxation upon real and personal property of Graham County.
This report consists of management's representations concerning the finances of the City of Mesa. This discussion and analysis is designed to 1) assist the reader in focusing on significant financial issues, 2) provide an overview of the City’s financial activities, 3) identify changes in the City’s financial position, 4) identify any material deviations from the financial plan (the approved annual budget), and 5) identify individual fund issues and concerns.

The Detail Budget provides extensive budget data (including multiyear comparisons) for each City department and fund. This statistical data includes staffing allocation and planned expenditures by organizational sub-unit and type.

A benchmark survey was conducted by MAG and ADOT in December of 2006 to determine initial attitudes and awareness of litter issues in Arizona and to evaluate littering behavior. A follow-up survey was then conducted in July 2008, at the end of the first two years of the campaign, to determine if any changes in awareness, attitudes or behavior were realized. Subsequent follow-up studies focused on Maricopa County residents.
The purpose of the study is to assist counties, cities, towns, and tribal communities in addressing a broad range of multimodal transportation planning issues including roadway and non-motorized modes of travel. The principal purpose is to evaluate existing transportation deficiencies, recommend needed improvements, and develop a transportation plan to accommodate and guide future growth. The study will result in a Major Streets and Routes Plan that will serve as a guide to the development of the Town’s roadway network that will be constructed to meet anticipated development in the Town.
The purpose of this study was to develop a multi-modal transportation plan that outlines the region’s transportation priority projects and provides a plan for ultimate implementation. The transportation study was focused around identifying regional mobility needs that can accommodate the anticipated future population and employment growth. This transportation study is a joint effort of Navajo County, the City of Holbrook, the City of Winslow and the Arizona Department of Transportation to develop multi-modal transportation recommendations for the study area, Heber-Overgaard, Holbrook and Winslow over a 20-year planning horizon.
