RUCO is an advocate of residential ratepayer interests before the Arizona Corporation Commission. We have been actively engaged in complex rate case litigations and additional line-siting and corporate certification applications, and played central policy-level roles in successfully advocating residential consumer positions that resulted in acceptance by the Commissioners in their decisions. There is occasionally a redundant and repetitive nature of the case summaries compiled in these Annual Reports. Each summary intentionally has been written so that any party can read its contents without the need for additional context found elsewhere in the document, making each summary easy and understandable as a stand-alone guide to the particular case. It is understood that RUCO is no longer required to assemble Annual Reports.
