El Bircantin Paquita was the agent for the original contract. On the second page, Julian a Pulueta states that this contract was transferred to Ramon de Gueregiaga for reasons unstated on April 18, 1856.

The certificate served as a record indicating that he had been registered at the Consulate General of China in Cuba as a subject of the Emperor of China. According to the document, at the time it was issued Ochoa was 67 years old, a widow, employed as a cook, and considered a non-resident. 1880.
