This report summarizes the results of the 2006 Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) Provider Survey of primary care physicians, specialists, office managers, and dental providers. The purpose of this survey is to determine what AHCCCS providers think about the AHCCCS program in general as well as what they think about the individual health plans with which they contract. Survey responses allow for comparison between AHCCCS-contracted health plans and assessment of the AHCCCS program in general.
