The Department of Real Estate is known for promoting mutual respect among the “Three Entities”: the public we protect, the industry we oversee, and our fellow employees. Motivated by this perspective, we focus on: 1) reducing unnecessary regulation on good practitioners to focus proactively on practitioners who harm the public; 2) education to prevent harm from occurring; 3) more resources to combat illegal subdivision developers.
