By establishing the District, the Arizona State Legislature created an entity charged with keeping county residents safe from flood hazards and established an independent funding source for essential projects. The District is a municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Arizona. The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors doubles as the District's Board of Directors and receives counsel from the Flood Control Advisory Board comprised of county citizens.
This network operates in the National Weather Service ALERT (Automated Local Evaluation in Real Time) format and is commonly referred to as an ALERT system, which uses automatic telemetry gages for data collection.

An update to the Flagstaff Regional Plan 2030 (FRP30), to bring its Road Network Illustration (Map 25) into compliance with Arizona Revised Statute requirements and to resolve inconsistencies between Map 25 and parts of the Flagstaff City Code. This update does not alter the intent of FRP30; it is only concerned with correcting errors, removing legal vulnerability, and improving the readability of FRP30.

This is a revised version of the report "Tax Reductions, the Economy, and the Deficit in the Arizona State Government General Fund," incorporating new and updated material.
Volume III: Options for Managing the Arizona State General Fund
Presents options and offers recommendations for managing the Arizona state government general fund. The near-term budget deficit is addressed as well as ways to prevent budget deficits from recurring every time economic growth slows.
The Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) has prepared this report on the health status of Arizona women to highlight its commitment to the health and wellness of all Arizonans throughout the lifespan and its focus on prevention. This brief includes mortality data with an underlying cause of death coded to ICD-10 codes X20-X29, and hospital discharge data coded to ICD-9 codes 905.0-905.9. The hospital discharge data only include information from private, acute-care facilities. Data from rehabilitation hospitals, urgent care centers, or federal facilities, including Indian Health Services or Veteran’s Administration facilities, are not available.
