The purpose of this study is to provide flood and erosion hazard information for Soldier Canyon Wash for use by the District in floodplain use permitting and and floodplain management.
The Project is responsible for the design and construction of a 19.6 mile, double track system. These reports offer a month-by-month progress report.
The Short Range Transit Program identifies those regional transit service and capital improvements programmed in the Transit Life Cycle Program during the next five years and provides support for regional transit projects contained in the Maricopa Association of Governments Regional Transportation Plan.
Valley Metro's management is responsible for establishing and maintaining an internal control structure designed to ensure that the assets of METRO are protected from loss, theft, or misuse and to ensure that adequate accounting data are compiled to allow for the preparation of financial statements.
This study identifies the drainage and flooding hazards within the watershed and develops alternatives to address those hazards. It is a comprehensive study that estimates flood and erosion potential, maps watercourses, identifies existing and potential problems and develops preliminary solutions and standards for sound floodplain and stormwater management.
These studies was performed to provide drainage, flood, and erosion hazard information for Hacienda del Sol Wash and an unnamed wash running along Hacienda del Sol Road. Topographic, hydrologic, and hydraulic analyses were performed to determine drainage conditions.
An update to the Flagstaff Regional Plan 2030 (FRP30), to bring its Road Network Illustration (Map 25) into compliance with Arizona Revised Statute requirements and to resolve inconsistencies between Map 25 and parts of the Flagstaff City Code. This update does not alter the intent of FRP30; it is only concerned with correcting errors, removing legal vulnerability, and improving the readability of FRP30.
The result of an application to the Arizona Department of Transportation Planning Assistance for Rural Areas (PARA) Program to conduct a multimodal transportation study to address transportation issues in the community. The purpose of the study is to identify the most critical multimodal transportation infrastructure and service needs within the Picture Rocks study area and recommend a program of short-range (0-5 years), mid-range (6-10 years), and long-range (11-20 years) improvements.
The Water Infrastructure Finance Authority of Arizona is an independent entity authorized to finance the construction, rehabilitation and/or improvement of drinking water, waste water, waste water reclamation, and other water quality facilities/projects. As a “Bond Bank”, WIFA is authorized to issue water quality bonds on behalf of communities for basic water infrastructure. Generally, WIFA offers borrowers below market interest rates on loans for 100% of eligible project costs.
The Water Infrastructure Finance Authority of Arizona implements three types of technical assistance:
1. Project Technical Assistance – Planning and Design Assistance Grants assist an individual drinking water or wastewater system to conceive, plan, design, or develop an infrastructure project.
2. Policy Technical Assistance – Policy TA includes studies, surveys and other types of reports that provide benefit to a range of drinking water and wastewater systems statewide.
3. Operational Technical Assistance – The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality manages this program to provide assistance to individual drinking water and wastewater systems to improve facility operations.
