The objective of this Technical Data Notebook is to provide 100-yr peak discharges at a Concentration Point for the Unnamed 02 and 03 Washes, 100-yr floodplain boundary and erosion hazard information, using the most up-to-date topographic, hydrologic, and hydraulic data. This is a local study and has not been submitted to FEMA.

The publication is more of an economic impact statement than an education report, with indicators pointing out consequences and contributions, depending on action or inaction in closing the gap of Arizona's future workforce.

Modeled on the story of "million-dollar Murray, " a Reno resident who was chronically homeless over a decade. This report combines personal stories with actual and average costs for basic assistance such as emergency shelter and healthcare. "Richard’s Reality, " also provides background on the more than 14, 000 people - adults and children - in Maricopa County who experience homelessness each year and some of the public and private organizations that provide services to them.
