On the top margin apparently appears the hand written word "Mataix". This word likely refers to the recipient's name, that it would be Santiago Mataix i Soler (1871 - 1918), a Valencian journalist and politician, who also was founder and director of the journal "El Mundo" (Madrid, 1907 - 1933).
In this letter there is a reference to a person called "Sr. Burell" ("Mr. Burell"). This person was likely Julio Burell y Cuéllar (1859 - 1919), a Spaniard journalist and politician.
According to the top left margin, this letter was written on November 5, but the year wasn't included.
