Private Sector Involvement in Child Support Services
Description
The Arizona Legislature in July 1994, directed the Department of Economic Security to test the effectiveness of private sector involvement in the provisions of child support enforcement services. This report is intended to inform the Legislature of their efforts, through the Division of Child Support Enforcement, to improve child support services and increase collections by privatizing selected areas of service.
