Final Report to the Arizona Judicial Council: Improving Judicial Oversight and Processing of Probate Court Matters

This final report makes Recommendations A through F1 to AJC outlining steps to take to better enable the judiciary to protect Arizona’s vulnerable and incapacitated population. These recommendations are in addition to the 12 recommendations made to AJC in October 2010, some of which have been adopted and implemented.
