Community needs assessment: Summer 2012

"In compliance with the Community Service Block Grant (CSBG), administered by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, and as part of Western Arizona Council of Governments’ (WACOG) annual planning process that utilizes data-based decision making to develop an annual Community Action Plan and offer services based on identified needs. The purpose of this document is to provide current and accurate information to the WACOG Executive Board, Management Committee, Community Action Board, County Advisory Councils, and organizational staff that allows them to make the most informed, strategic decisions possible. This tool is intended to act as a 'Road Map' that demonstrates the linkages between community needs, assets, and services in La Paz, Mohave, and Yuma Counties, and the programs and services provided by WACOG"--Page 2.
