Head Start Program: year 2010-2011

"The WACOG Head Start Program fosters the healthy development of preschool children. The WACOG Head Start centers are accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). The centers are located throughout La Paz, Mohave and Yuma Counties and serve 1060+ children on an annual basis.... The delivery of services to children and families in accordance with Federal Head Start legislation is a shared responsibility of the Policy Council and WACOG’s Executive Board.
